Beware Clair Rosina Hunnisett and Neil Malcolm Stuart John aka as Stuart

First of all may I thank all of the well-wishers who have been so kind as to write to me offering their condolences re the rogue traders I have recently had the misfortune to be robbed by.

Thank you too to all those victims of this loathsome pair of individuals who have written to me to tell me their stories. I promise that I will do everything I can to bring these people to justice.

For those of you who do not know the story I shall give you a brief outline of events.

In May I decided to change my print company as I wasn’t happy with the way the sixth edition of the A to Z of almost Everything was printed. It had always been a Royal size book but CPI Antony Rowe (Clowes) initially typeset the book incorrectly – not leaving enough space for the pagination - and then omitted the side titles causing me to have to have the book re-typeset for the second print run.
The book consequently had to be restructured in A4 which effectively meant I earned no profit whatsoever throughout the print runs as their costs were prohibitive to say the least and I ended up trying to keep sales down to save myself money.

I placed ‘UK Printers’ in a Google search and a company calling itself UK Print Ltd came up at the top of the list so I rang the London number on the website and spoke to a jovial Welshman calling himself Stuart.

‘Stuart’ immediately gave me the hard sell and told me about how he printed work for the British Museum and had countless positive testimonies. He went on to say he knew my typesetter and had ‘done a couple of jobs for him’. He also told me that CPI were known to be a very arrogant bunch and that he could do a much better hands-on job for me, would turnaround the book within a week instead of the ten working days CPI took and when I suggested I was taking a bit of a risk with him he replied “It is me who is taking the risk Trev as I’ll offer you the same 90 day terms you receive from Clowes so if you don’t like my work then you don’t pay me”.

Time went by and alarms bells started to ring as ‘Stuart’ became elusive. And then an email turned up saying that for the first print run he would require the money up front. By now I had invested considerable time and effort into the project and my deadline of October 1 was looming large and after discussing things with my typesetter I took a sharp intake of breath and decided I would have to trust this guy.

Deadlines came and went and the panic started to set in. I decided to copy my typesetter into all email as a precaution. ‘Stuart’ now became ever- more elusive and just did not reply to the proliferation of email sent him, protesting that something must be wrong with his filter. Stuart tends to have an answer for every situation however unbelievable those answers appear to be. He certainly didn’t like the fact that I had a witness to our business dealings and on a rare group reply suggested my typesetter would soon get fed up being copied in to email, to which I replied it was only until evidence of the book was produced.

After receiving my money all went quiet for some time but Stuart then turned up out of the blue with apologies and said the book would be at the two wholesalers for October 24th. He even gave me his mobile number so I could contact him directly. He never once answered this phone nor was he available on the original London number although on occasion a young boy would answer to tell me ‘Stuart’ was not available but he would get him to ring me - he never did ring of course.

The catalogue of lies increased daily but I was still disposed to believe the book was being printed as I was being texted progress reports.

I did however by now fear for the quality of the work as ‘Stuart’ had shown scant regard for any of his sales puffs and clearly was telling lies about the turnaround within a week, the printing press he owned in Gravesend, the dedicated hands-on staff, the work done for my typesetter, and the 90 day terms.

I was by now getting even less sleep than normal as every friend I told the story too was convinced I was dealing with a conman and however plausible ‘Stuart’ appeared to be all the signs were there that this man was a complete and utter fantasist, a crook, robber, fraudster call him what you will.

Nothing ever transpired as he said it would and then he became abusive and vague. He started looking for trouble and for reasons to be disruptive. I decided to look into this man a little further as nothing added up. I asked to meet him so I could show him the book but he flatly refused and told me it wasn’t necessary.

On the morning of the 24th I rose from bed at 8 and received a phone call from 'Stuart' to tell me the book was printed but that the binding was incomplete because he thought it was a softback! He said my typesetter must have sent the wrong spec despite the spec clearly stating the book had endpapers and a dust-sheet which are only applied to hardbacks!

At this point I actually cried on the phone, a combination of the deterioration in June’s health and the frustration as my worst nightmares were being realised. All my advance sales were cancelled and now I didn’t know what to do.

At the beginning of proceedings back in May I had informed ‘Stuart’ that this book had sold more than a million copies since its first edition in 2001 and now this man ended our conversation with “Well you’ve sold three million books what’s another few thousand”.

It was a nasty facetious comment that began to unravel the true nature of this man who had previously ingratiated himself to me by appearing to be so concerned about June’s health.

Stuart then gave me four further dates when the book could be booked in to the wholesalers and justified himself by acting as if he was divorced from the actual printing process and didn’t know what was going on although by now I already knew he was a one-man band, a farmer at best, a cold calculated thief at worst.

By now I had got an investigator onto this chap and on November 17th everything came to a head. On the Thursday morning 'Stuart' rang to tell me yet again the book would be delivered “tomorrow” but when I suggested that by now I should be on the second print run he gave the game away by saying “why not increase your order now Trev and I can offer you a much cheaper price” This instantly alerted me to the fact he had never printed any books as otherwise how could he possibly give me the normal quantity discount when the first run was complete?

Later that morning I was sent two articles about this man, one by post and another via email from someone he had also defrauded

I sent the above article to Mr Neil Malcolm Stuart John and as expected he went into liquidation that same day.

Over the course of the next week his case was escalated four times and landed in the lap of the Official Receiver in Manchester.

Clair Rosina Hunnisett and Neil Malcolm Stuart John are in fact partners in crime and partners in life. They usually steal fairly small amounts in the knowledge that victims would be dissuaded from suing as the costs are prohibitive.

Unfortunately on the same day that the truth was outed my June had a suspected stroke and was admitted to East Surrey Hospital and also diagnosed with a sepsis and urinary infection.

As I explained in my previous blog June no longer has any cognitive ability whatsoever and I was informed within days that she would never be able to come home again.

June is still in East Surrey today, Christmas Day – awaiting placement in a nursing home.

Today I lifted her onto a commode as her diverticulosis meant she was having one of her bouts of extreme diarrhoea. I was covered in faeces and whilst I was washing my hands and talking to a cycling friend of mine whose mother happens to be in the same bay as June, calamity struck as an almighty scream and crash could be heard as June fell off the commode and into some nearby chairs and table.

So that was June’s Christmas, no turkey for her, in fact she couldn’t even manage any puree food and all I could feed her was a little soft ice cream as she was able to suck it up between her teeth.

Quite ironic I thought whilst I looked at the distressed face of this angelic soul who is universally loved by all and sundry. Tears flowed for most of the rest of the day and my mind wandered to Clair Rosina Hunnisett and Neil Malcolm Stuart John and I imagined them tucking into their roast turkey oblivious to the dreams and aspirations of so many people, including children, they have shattered by their greed.

The couple have had three months to return my money but I have heard nothing from them or their solicitors Tonner Johns Ratti although I wrote to Jemma at Tonner some weeks ago. But……..

The mechanism has already started and I promise this couple will get their just desserts.

I’d like to thank all my friends from so many walks of life who have offered advice and more in many cases. I am fortunate to have met a lot of influential and able people through my career dealings from top policemen and security agents to trained soldiers and elite fighting sportsmen.

Although I am grateful to all those friends who have offered very real help in some very colourful and expressive ways I have declined all such offers in the belief that this couple will eventually see the light and repent their sins and return my money in full and perhaps also pay my costs.

Before criminal proceedings it is important to have my money returned - I need it for June’s ongoing health needs – and I have started the process.

By the way, the article is just the tip of the iceberg. Victims have contacted me on a regular basis and all the while the evidence is growing and it is not just the fraudulent use of the cloak of limited liability, in my case it is actual robbery plain and simple with no intent to give me any consideration for my money.

Because of their wrongdoing this couple are likely to be liable in a civil action above their £1 shareholding but also criminally as there is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that my books were ever printed or likely to be printed. It was just theft. It would be quite wrong of me to second guess the outcome of proceedings but suffice to say I have experts on my side and am very confident this couple will see the light eventually.

Out of interest, their modus operandi is to satisfy very small orders such as guide books and pamphlets but not on their own press in Gravesend as they tell you because they do not own a press in Gravesend, and all they do is take the money in and try to farm the work out to the cheapest bidder usually in eastern Europe.

So they are not printers at all. You or I could do the same thing but farming is a scurrilous way to make money even if done ethically if that is not an oxymoron.

So basically they take your money and then try to arrange a print for you and cream the money off the top. They lie by telling you they can produce in a week but as they do not have a press they haven’t a clue when they can produce. On large orders such as mine they just don’t bother as it is far easier to go into liquidation and then open up under another name the following day. They were in liquidation from another company whilst dealing with me which is why their company details disappeared from my search engines.

It is quite a well-oiled machine and my investigator has discovered the authorities have been trying to nail this couple for 26 years would you believe.

On one occasion when Jemma from Tonner Johns Ratti emailed me she suggested her client had not given me a date for book production and on that fateful Thursday morning initially offered to produce the books, or part order of a thousand, by December 5th. What happened!

What Jemma should know is that I was already expecting this email as most of the victims receive the same email and usually a follow-up one where the couple offer to pay back the money in instalments but invariably do not keep to this arrangement.

In the meantime my investigator traced the bank and the address of Mr John and has been keeping him under surveillance in case he tries to skip the country as even fantasists realise when reality beckons.

At one point I almost got my money bank via Barclays but perversely I am glad I didn’t as I want this couple stopped for good and feel it is my duty.

Apparently Clair Rosina Hunnisett and Neil Malcolm Stuart John aka as Stuart when he is robbing people at the behest of Clair, are pillars of the community on Barry Island and have put it round the island that their son is a Premiership footballer!

Neil rarely goes out although Clair was happy to take in my written request for the return of the money they stole from me although she has not had the good grace to reply to me.

Perhaps she thinks I will just write the money off that I took years to save.

Isn’t it strange though that I requested to be placed on the creditor’s list although we all know I am not owed a business debt at all. My money was hardly cleared when I sussed them out and you would think they would have shown a glimmer of human decency and paid me back as it is not as if they have spent the money on anything. Shows a certain criminal intent that does themselves no favours methinks.

Yes as some of my friends guessed they do not have a post box at their home at 4, Pioden For, Barry Island, Barry, South Glamorgan CF62 5DD as you can imagine in their line of business with an ever-increasing number of irate victims in tow it would only be a matter of time before someone inflamed the situation – literally.

I wanted to give these people three months to repay me because as a Christian I feel honour-bound to appeal to their better natures before deciding on a more decisive course of action.

Time is running out for Clair Rosina Hunnisett and Neil Malcolm Stuart John aka as Stuart and all I can do is pray that they face up to the fact that they have stolen a considerable amount of money from me and really need to pay back the money now to mitigate matters for themselves.

Incidentally, my faith in British printers was restored when I contacted an old friend at Orion who put me in touch with the Glasgow-based Bell & Bain.

I have to say that Derek and his crew have been magnificent and despite it being the busiest time of year managed to produce my doubled order in double quick time to ensure I salvaged something of my usual Christmas market. The print quality is exceptional and gentleman that he is Derek even insisted on me sending him a signed copy as he is such a fan of the book - fabulous, what a contrast to what I've been used to.

Hi Trevor,

I have had dealings with this fellow too. I think all experiences are a little different, and mine have been, well, "interesting".

Chisnewsman said...

Hi Trevor
He's now "Malcolm" and trading as http://www.printingpressuk.com/

Grandméchantloup said...

Interesting.

After much toing and froing, I received my 1000 books last month. Alas, the spine image was missing along with some crucial text pages, including the names of the project backers. The ISBN was missing too.

Stuart/Malcolm's advice was to buy some stickers with the ISBN on it, and I decided to give him a little more rope. He has since gone to ground, of course. To set up this new operation, no doubt.

Thankfully, the printers he employed in Poland are excellent. I may not be able to undo the problem, but can at least look at mitigating it.

Our printinghouse UnitedPress in Latvia have delivered several jobs for The Printing Press / Neil Malcolm Stuart John without being payed, only empty promises that payment will be done, etc.

if anyone would like to visit him he's at 4 Pioden For, Barry Island, Cardiff. I'm sure he would appreciate the chance to pay all of us back.

Also had problem. 2000 books delivered with missing text and ISBN!!

Print Monthly wrote a report in May. I can't find the BBC programme anywhere unfortunately. http://www.printmonthly.com/News/Business/5519/bbcs-rip-off-britain-font-colorwhite-font

Good Morning. Do you have contact details for who he is using please? I would like to contact them myself!

Unhappycustomer said...

If anyone can tell me the printer he is using in Poland I would be really grateful. Thanks in advance!

Chisnewsman said...

I don't. The nearest that I can suggest is to look at the creditors' reports for his past companies at Companies House where you will at least find some previous customers if not present ones.

Artur Broks said...

Stuart John has used several printers both in Poland and Baltics, we are a printer in Latvia, and have lost a big amount of money on this fraudster, after few prepayed small orders he placed a bigger order which should be payed just after delivery.. this is how our cooperation ended. I have cotacted print monthley and here are all articles about John:

@Unhappycustomer,

It sounds like we are in a similar situation. Given the timelines, he may have used the same printer in Poland. To make sure of the name, with your books you should have received a docket with your books with their name on it.

Mine were printed by Drukarnia Beltrani in Krakow, who may well be one of his victims by now.

I would never had known had I not got the docket; I contacted Drukarnia Beltrani and they were great, completely professional. The gave me a quote that was far better than that presented by the crooked middleman Malcolm Stuart John Whateverhisnameis, and when I get around to reworking the latest edition of my book I will be dealing with them directly.

Good luck!

Hello. I too have a long and similar story of my dealings with this scumbag. Delighted to have found his home address though at this stage I am not sure what I will do with it. Has anyone contacted the local press so they can radar into this thief who is living amongst them? (I have just emailed Penarth Times.
Has anyone gone to the Police because he is committing fraud.
I am in contact with 10 other people who have been ripped off by him.
I also contacted Bentley Motors who put their legal team on to it, he uses their logo on his website and told me he does their printing.
In one phone call he told me he was a practising Christian and had been to church that Sunday. He said 'how could I sleep at night if I was the thief you are accusing me of being?'

Does anyone else know of any other printer he has worked with in Poland? I am after a guy called Milosz who works on the graphic or CtP part (I guess). I emailed the printer in Krakow but have not heard back from them yet. My order is due to arrive next week and this morning when Mal called me, i was called names such as high maintenance and the most difficult client he's ever dealt with. I am sure you guys gave him grief also right? he he, i am just laughing at it now as i swear he pretended to be someone else when i called later the same afternoon. This time he was Andy Jones or something but it was definitely him. I am Polish by the way in case someone needs any help with the Polish printers direct. received some good quotes for my work in case he really fails as a back up so can put you in the right direction!

Hi,

I think I have had dealings with this same scumbag. He calls himself Mal and he failed to deliver my books. He started blaming me and then went underground. When I eventually got hold of him again he claimed to be someone else and spoke in a very strange voice but I know it was definitely him!! Please can someone talk to me about this guy as I find it terrifying that he is still out there and able to take money from unsuspecting people!! He is a total fraud and he even changes his voice on the phone!! I want to bring him to justice. Please email me rebs770@me.com

Mark Bowley contacted me as he is having problems posting on here: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

I have had a similar experience. He has been calling himself "Mal" from "Book Printer" which looks like Book printer UK. He has been feeding me cr%p for the past 3 weeks, making me very angry. He sprung a need for an up front payment on me at the last minute which I have paid, mainly down to the fact that I was desperate to get the work finished in time for Xmas and I was going on holiday the next day. If the police and courts cannot help in us obtaining a refund then they can hardly complain if we go down there and sort it out like men ourselves. I am planning to go down there for a chat within the next couple of weeks. if anyone cares to join me, please feel free to contact me, I will be travelling from the Birmingham area of can alternatively meet people down there. I am happy to receive emails at
sharon.collingbourne1@gmail.com

Can everyone please share the link below on all social media. This is the latest coverage, which Mark Bowley kindly sent to me. In this are photos of the thieves who have ripped us all off. It is great that PrintMonthly are doing this but its a limited audience in terms of would be self publishers. It will certainly help those in the industry but we need to take it to a wider audience.

Hi guys.

I work for one of the biggest print companies in South Wales. We are well aware of Neill Malcolm Stuart John from Barry, as are most people in the South Wales print trade.

The address listed for him above is correct, he lives there with his wife and son.

Neill John started off as a print sales rep and worked for a couple of reputable firms as a young man. He was always very odd. He wore make up, had a startling head of hair (pony tail) and liked ridiculously suave suits. He was very camp indeed and would deliver home-made cakes to his customers. He eventually joined a print company in Llantristant where he became close to the owner - Kevin Eveleigh. Eveleigh was the mastermind crook, and he used wide-eyed Neill to do his bidding. They started out in the early noughties when print management companies proliferated, seeing an opportunity to run a fraudulent online operation. Eveleigh the brains; John the charming front-man.

They ran a string of web-based companies, purporting to work out of Central London. Their modus operandi was to take cash-up-front from publishers and at the same time pay print company cash-up-front on the first few jobs, gaining trust both ways and luring the customers and suppliers into a false sense of security. They'd then carry out a three-way sting: they'd undercut the market with prices, take money from publishers for jobs they'd never print and run up a 60-day ledger of delivered jobs with a printer, which they never had any intention of paying for.

I know for a fact they'd cleaned up on over £100k of cash in a two-month period over November/December 2013. They were called Tyson Print at the time. They pulled the plug as soon as the heat came on and went into hiding.

John is notoriously difficult to pin down because he never puts anything in writing and never uses his real name. He also refuses to ever meet anybody.

However, there is now enough information online to result in a jail sentence, and I'm surprised the police haven't intervened, particularly as he is still trading and has a live website.

Neill is not a tough man. If confronted in person he would completely break down. He is a gutless coward and was scared to death when we rang him and told him we knew who he was (He tried it on with us). He knows he's a wanted man.

From a printing point of view (I won't put my company name here) I can be contacted on rodent10@hotmail.co.uk (I know that address looks equally as dodgy as one of Neill John's, but it's my old teenage hotmail account! :)).... the company I work for is very professional and does superb work for all sectors. There are many other high quality print companies out there. Feel free to get in touch if you want advice on a genuine print company in your area.

Cheers, Mart

@mart Amazing piece of information. He still owes me £569 and i know he relies on people that give up.

I have details of his lawyers as he became a little clever now thinking that people will get scared away.

"sophiemoynihan"
"Ted Mercer"
from http://www.juryoshea.com/

in case anyone wants to bug them as much as I do. I send an email every day and have no response so obviously they do not care either but still.

Giving him until friday to pay me back, if it's not that I will call the police and use the information above too.

I sent it to Jospeph, the journalist also so he is aware as his piece is coming out soon.

Thanks all for help

Hello,

Same story for me too. I work in a printing house and Stuart left a debt for us too.
Now a new member ANDY is calling me as a director gave him recommendations and try to work together. I check the company registration documents and found a new company: INK PAPER LTD. As always the same surnames are there too..

HI

We are having similar problems now, 'Mal' was charming and helpful until money was received. We have also then been dealing with 'Andy' (Production Manager) via email but not on the phone so it does appear they may be the same person. We are owed over £1000 and it's not looking likely that we will receive it. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

We had a terrible time of it with Mal. He is beyond unscrupulous but like most of his kind is totally gutless. My husband rang up his fake London office where a lady answered and terrified them into refunding our money which he did within about 15 minutes. Remember: if you have his bank account details you have something the police can use. If he has taken your money and is fobbing you off, just put the frighteners on and let the police know- he'll give in pretty quickly. The best bit is when he puts fake accents on- I've heard several people mention it and it is totally true. He went from South Walian to Yorkshire when he rang back and pretended to be in the accounts department! The funny bit is he can't keep it up and lapses back into Welsh!

If anybody needs help with printing, by the way, we have found a fantastic company who are exceptionally good and extremely fast.

Send me a message at rebs770@me.com if you would like any details.

All the best x

And how awful 'mal' was when preparing for my wedding. Man needs to be put to justice.

Unknown said...

Reading these stories is scary as almost all of the above is identical for me. My books were to be used as wedding favours. Told me the initial work would need to be redone as it was in the wrong type set, massive discount for upfront payment and then a week turned into about 25 weeks after every lame excuse I've heard from Mal and his very identical sounding Brother. Shocking behaviour, must be caught and sentanced to stop him doing this to anyone else.

Unknown said...

I was scammed by this crook called Mal and eventually tracked an svvountvhe has with Santander alerting them in an attempt to get my money back. I couldn't because of data protection get any details but confirmed the money I paid for a print had been received. My only option was to file an independent do it claim but with no address etc I couldn't I'm stunned to see all these fraudulent experiences listed here and sincerely hope thus disgusting duo are stopped in their tracks!

A bit of good news: I am self-publishing "The Revised Art of War". I found the lowest price at www.paperbackprinter.co.uk. They seemed genuine, even though their address was not clear. I spoke on the phone to a man Called Tony Jones. I placed an order for 300 copies.
The day I sent off the order I had a phone call telling me there was a copyright issue with my book. I phoned Jones and cancelled the order. He seemed very understanding, and also impressed with my book.
I sorted out the copyright, changed the wording, and resent the order with new files. The books came from Spain, well-printed, but in the original format!!
I called Jones, and after an argument he eventually said he would reprint them. The new books never arrived. Whenever I phoned, Jones got increasingly aggressive. After a few weeks, I checked their firm and found their CEO was Malcolm John!
But this is not the end. I then had a phone call telling me the copyright problem had been a mistake. So I have had a supply of books from Mal John at a cheap rate. No wonder they are angry!

I have been contacted by both Harry Mottram and Mark Bowley about this shyster, and it looks as though a wave is building.

As I said, I received 1000 books, all of which were printed well but missing key content and features. There are around 950 or so of them left sitting in the attic.

I am hoping that this gathers momentum, and if anybody need any information please drop me a line at press [@] bulibook.com. I have the bank details for UK Print, if this may help anyone.

Personally, I would like a bunch of us to pay this guy a visit. If just to see him scuttling to hide behind his toilet door.

Paperbackprinters.co.uk. ~ Read and Beware
He now answers the phone as Tony. A friendly sounding man with a Welsh accent, who is familiar with printers in my area. As a graphic designer, I could tell he knows his business.
When I questioned him about the company's past record, he gave a convincing argument that the company was now owned by a very rich Indian gentleman. The earlier owners have nothing to do with the company, Claire Hunnisett was little more than a lady who just happened to be an innocent director who worked in a clothes shop.....and it went on.
Foolishly I paid the full price for my book, but with the discount it was a good price £750 for 200 copies. Three weeks was the delivery date. After 6 weeks I was sent an email photo of the book on a table with a a receipt of €3200. What's this I asked Tony? Don't worry, someone's cocked up on the quotation. We turn over a million, so we can swallow the loss of a few hundred quid. Amazingly the books turned up after 7 weeks, apparently printed in Greece, and I have to say in excellent order. Later he called me up and asked me if I could do some pre flight print work for him. We agreed a price, over a month of sending me jobs, with the constant promises of his accounts to pay at the end of each week, nothing happened. After forcing the issue, suddenly all communication was lost.
He is a con man, and a criminal, but I feel sorry for him. Just imagine having to remember all the lies you tell different people, being married with a kid, and having all those threats about someone waiting for you?
Do the right thing Tony or whatever your real name is, stop now, and get a real job. Before one of your victims catch up with you.

If anybody has experienced problems with companies that are associated in any way with either John or Hunnisett, I would be very grateful if you could get in touch with me. It doesn't matter if you are an author or a printer or whether you are based in the UK or Europe, I would really appreciate the opportunity to hear your story. Furthermore, if anybody has had books printed abroad and knows the name of the company who printed them, please get in touch. Finally, if anyone has carried out any other type of work like Paul appears to have done above, I would like to hear from you too. I can be contacted at mark.bowley567@gmail.com Thanking you all in anticipation.

A week or so ago I got an interesting email out of the blue from the sales [@] ukprintltd.com email address that I used to correspond with "Stuart". It contained a link to a BBC Wales news article concerning Trevor, the OP.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-43881193

There was also a PDF of the restraining order attached. Pretty weird.

John is sending these silly letters out regularly to anyone who challenges him. If anyone receives one, I would be very grateful if people could send me copies of the threats that John makes about prosecuting/working alongside the police, etc. mark.bowley567@gmail.com

I did finally get my books, but they are nothing like the proof copy. There is no ISBN number and there are two blank pages at the beginning, and chapter one begins on the left side. On request, he sent me a list of positive reviews. On contacting the reviewers, NONE were happy with him. Good luck folks!

Grandméchantloup said...

Reading the latest stories on here, it seems as though this usually goes one of two ways. Either you get nothing at all, or something that is close but ultimately not good enough.

My books were also missing ISBNs, the spine design had been omitted, as well as a number of text pages. There was no point chasing him for reprints, so I decided to try selling them all at half price.

What is really annoying is the guy's smug smirk.

Seems like he is also trading as Tradebook print.

I just got an email from another victim. He had the cheek (or did he slip up) to give my name for a reference as a satisfied customer!

We Just been conned by these guys. If only I had found this article sooner. We ordered 100 booklets from them, they took our money and never delivered them!

Went by the name Trade book print.
www.tradebokprint.co.uk

There company is called Hardback Printer Lmt
more info here; https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11338184/officers

Seems like John Neil Stewart Malcom, has officially 'resigned' although I think I talked to him on the phone. The director lives in India, wich is strange. He goes by the name: JOSEPH, Edward Anil.

Any help you could provide in getting our money back, and bringing these guys to Justice would be greatly appreciated.

And we became their victims in March 2019.
It is unbelivable that they are known as scammers from 2016 and still going in 2019 as the company HARDBACK PRINTER LTD (No 11338184 with the ex-Director JOHN, Neill Stuart Malcolm) is active and website is live and running https://tradebookprint.co.uk/

In this article http://www.printmonthly.com/News/Business/5519/bbcs-rip-off-britain-font-colorwhite-font - there is an email to send your evidence to:

Hi everyone out there. It is now September 2019 and this guy is still at it!!!! I have just been conned - luckily it wasn't a large amount of money, but it is unbelievable that he isn't in jail. The more I read on the internet, the more I see what a trail of misery this guy has left in his wake. Any ideas how he can be shut down for good? I have reported him to my bank, Action Fraud, Trading Standards and will call the police tomorrow.

I had a letter from the secretary of state for business saying he was being investigated and sent them a long trail - that was a few months ago so was hoping they would have got them by now

Well Neil Stuart Malcolm John has been banned as a director and cannot run or have any association with a limited company so he now looks after The Ultimate Press UK www.ultimatepress.co.uk BUT he is now personally responsible for any debts - he is entitled to trade through an unincorporated entity. If you know that he is trying to be associated with a limited company let Farouk Vawda at the insolvenvy service know.

Yes he knows every trick there is and he will continue to trade as he does - I was conned many years ago
